The Amelia Inn and Executive Conference Centers

The largest of Amelia Island Plantation's many meeting venues are the Amelia Inn and Executive Conference Centers. Both facilities are under one roof, just steps via a covered walk from our 249 room Amelia Inn. Designed for larger groups and those requiring multiple break-outs, these complexes feature a pre-function area for registration and breaks and a variety of meeting facilities with more than 30,000 square feet of meeting space, with wireless internet connectivity. Meeting rooms offer flexibility in size, built-in audio-visual support systems, controlled lighting and unobstructed sight lines. Patios and terraces surround both facilities providing independent access from conference rooms. All catering is prepared in the Center's own kitchens, which have been specifically designed to serve groups. Racquet Park Conference Center
The Racquet Park Conference Center is adjacent to Amelia's Tennis Complex. This 8,000-square-foot, self-contained meeting facility, with wireless internet connectivity, is perfect for groups of up to 100 people. Racquet Park's eight acres include a fitness center with indoor/outdoor lap pool, whirlpool, workout room, racquetball courts and championship clay tennis courts. The Grand Pavilion
This multi-purpose, 10,000 square foot Pavilion provides tremendous flexibility and versatility making it ideal for receptions, theme parties and banquets for up to 800. More detail
The Great Outdoors
The Beach Club's two decks and pools overlook the Atlantic Ocean and can accommodate up to 600 people. Walker's Landing accommodates groups of up to 150 in a superb location next to the marshes of the Intracoastal Waterway. Also available are: The Eight Flags patio, Ocean View Terrace and several Amelia Inn Conference Center patios.
