6:30pm: Reception followed by an elegant four-course gourmet dinner
pairing the finest ingredients of the spring harvest together with world
class Robert Mondavi Winery featuring two courses of Opus One.
Tony Dalton from Robert Mondavi will be the guest speaker.
Black tie optional. Sabal Palm Room/Ocean Grill.

12pm – 5pm: Island Art Association to display
their artwork on the grounds of The Spa & Shops.
2pm – 5pm: Wine Tasting. Enjoy wines from around
the world along with light hors d'oeuvres and live entertainment.
